Personal Support Worker Part Time (various shifts)

Join our team at Southbridge Care Homes, a leading provider of long-term care services, as a Personal Support Worker. We are seeking a caring, passionate, and enthusiastic individual to provide compassionate and quality care to our residents.

About the Role

  • Provide direct personal and nursing care to residents, enhancing their physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to meet the needs of residents, including palliative care.
  • Support residents and their families, promoting emotional and social well-being.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements

  • PSW Program Certificate or Diploma that meets the appropriate standards established by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities, the National Association of Career Colleges, or the Ontario Community Support Association.
  • Passion for providing quality care and a commitment to resident-centered care.
  • Knowledge and experience in care planning systems and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
