En tant que spécialiste principal du marketing numérique, vous rejoindrez une équipe marketing dynamique et agile. Vous avez une passion pour le marketing numérique, l'analyse de données et les informations de reporting. Vous serez responsable du développement de campagnes publicitaires payantes multicanales à l'appui des campagnes de marketing mondiales et régionales pour générer l'intérêt du public cible, l'engagement des consommateurs et les prospects pour l'entreprise.

Vous pouvez gérer plusieurs campagnes à la fois, tout en tenant toutes les parties prenantes à jour avec les rapports de mesures de performance. Vous devez être à l'aise avec le changement et prospérer dans un environnement en évolution rapide.

Vous serez chargé de:

  • Construire des stratégies numériques pour les campagnes de marketing avec une approche de marketing numérique intégrée, y compris organique et payante sur une variété de plates-formes numériques.
  • Stimuler l'innovation pour se démarquer sur le marché B2B afin de générer des prospects et des pipelines de qualité.
  • Gérer plusieurs projets pour assurer l'exécution en temps opportun de toutes les campagnes.
  • Établir de solides relations avec des experts en la matière au sein de l'organisation et des fournisseurs externes afin de s'aligner sur les approches de mise sur le marché.
  • Analyser les performances des campagnes et prendre des décisions basées sur des données pour optimiser l'efficacité des campagnes afin de générer des KPI attendus.
  • Collaborer avec les directeurs de campagne mondiaux, les équipes régionales de marketing sur le terrain et de développement de comptes pour soutenir les objectifs de génération de prospects.
  • Démontrer une expertise en la matière et être en mesure d'éduquer les équipes internes sur les meilleures pratiques numériques en matière de publicité et de technologie.

Vous devez avoir:

  • Un baccalauréat en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans les programmes de marketing numérique, le développement de campagnes ou une expérience connexe dans les logiciels d'entreprise ou les entreprises B2B.
  • Connaissances spécialisées dans la création et l'optimisation de l'activité sur Google Marketing Platform.
  • Connaissance des meilleures pratiques de marketing basé sur les comptes et de l'expérience dans le développement de programmes de GAB.
  • Vaste expérience avec LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics et les plates-formes ABM telles que 6Sense et Demandbase.
  • Expérience avec l'automatisation du marketing (idéalement Eloqua) et les outils de gestion de la relation client ) pour gérer l'exécution et les rapports de campagne.
  • Solides compétences en utilisant Google Analytics pour examiner l'analyse des données et générer des rapports avec des informations.
