Branch Manager Role

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the branch, working to meet financial objectives related to profitable growth and retention of the branch's personal and business portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team to build and strengthen customer relationships through financial advice
  • Coach and train team members to achieve success, both individually and for the branch
  • Manage and minimize risk exposure for the Bank
  • Oversee the implementation of Bank policies, practices, and procedures
Requirements
  • Experience as a people manager with the ability to engage and motivate team members
  • Experience in personal and small business banking, with a focus on sales management and marketing
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and grow existing relationships
  • Licence to sell mutual funds
  • Completed CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
  • Completed educational requirements for Branch Compliance Officer
