Seeking a seasoned security professional with 7-8 years of experience in information security consulting, third-party risk management, and auditing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Third-Party Risk Management:
    • Evaluate third-party cybersecurity controls and ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices.
    • Track and monitor due diligence reviews, communicating status with management and stakeholders.
    • Articulate risks and potential options for remediation or compensating controls.
    • Understand inherent risk assessment and review current system security measures.
    • Perform security assessments to identify security gaps and develop mitigation plans.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Knowledgeable in GDPR, LGPD, and other privacy requirements.
    • Familiar with regulations like SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, GLBA, FISMA and standards like PCI DSS, SOC, ISO 31000.
  • Business and Communication Skills:
    • Strong business and communication skills.
    • Experience in driving meetings with stakeholders.
  • Advisory and Consulting:
    • Provide advisory and consulting to clients on new trends and challenges in enterprise risk management.
  • Policy Development:
    • Experience in design and development of information security policies, standards, and guidelines.
  • Security Controls and Risk Assessment:
    • Implement security controls, risk assessment framework, and program that align to regulatory requirements.
    • Design and modify contract security language and security clauses.
  • GRC Platforms and Audits:
    • Experience on GRC platforms.
    • Participate in internal and external regulatory and IT security audits.
