Your Impact

The Senior Director of Platform Strategy and Transformation is responsible for outlining the broader strategy and driving both tactical and strategic roadmaps of key enterprise platforms, including cloud and data centers. Key objectives include designing how platforms will be used within OpenText to deliver optimal business value and margin improvements.

  • Deliver and execute OpenText's enterprise platforms strategy, roadmap, and sustained margin improvements
  • Develop and implement cloud and data center strategies, margin improvement programs, and other initiatives
  • Advise on architecture, designs, and best practices to commercial and corporate technology teams
  • Manage large and complex enterprise-wide initiatives that solve business problems
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enterprise platforms, adjusting as needed
What You Need to Succeed
  • End-to-end strategy building, planning, design, and execution ability
  • Commercial mindset to drive margin improvements through focused initiatives
  • Strong understanding of application architecture, platform, and data architecture
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-wide transformation
  • 10+ years of demonstrated success in leading technology initiatives across multiple systems
  • Ability to manage and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on complex data
