Job Description

The General Duty Nurse is responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure comprehensive care and effective teaching. The nurse collaborates with the interdisciplinary team and establishes therapeutic relationships with clients and families to reduce health stressors.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
  • Nursing diploma or Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
Other Information
  • Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
  • Registered/eligible with the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of SK
