Job Title: Director of Product Management
Job Description: Lead the strategic direction and execution of a new AI-powered enterprise technology infrastructure management software.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Product Management to lead the development and management of a new AI-powered enterprise technology infrastructure management software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain product and feature roadmaps
- Oversee the prioritization and management of product features and backlogs
- Lead user interviews and feedback strategy to gather insights on customer needs, pain points, and preferences
- Work closely with engineering teams, design, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and efficient product development
- Bring technical expertise to the team, ensuring that product decisions are informed by a deep understanding of technologies pertinent to cloud/hybrid-cloud, emerging AI technologies, and technology infrastructure
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing complex, technical software products
- Strong technical background, ideally in software engineering in the banking/financial industry
- Demonstrated strong business acumen with a deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, financial principles, optimizing product and business operations and profitability
- Proven track record of managing product lifecycles from conception through launch and ongoing optimization in the digital transformation/innovation space
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI, technology infrastructure, and automation technologies is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
- Experience with AI-powered products and machine learning techniques
