We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Imaging Technologist to join our team at Shared Health. As a key member of our Diagnostic Imaging department, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic duties in accordance with your scope of training and experience.

• Provide direct patient care and technical support functions as part of a multi-disciplinary team approach.
• Maintain a safe environment in accordance with professional and provincial guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance programs and maintain standards put forth by Accreditation.
• Work under the general supervision of the Charge Medical Technologist or designate.

• Graduate of an approved Medical Radiography program with attained certification by the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT).
• Must maintain active registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT).
• Windows computer environment required.
• Microsoft Office programs preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English required.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
• Organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Proficient analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Maintains confidentiality with all information entrusted to the position.
