Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team at All Nations Supermarket Inc. O/A All Nations Supermarket. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • College/CEGEP diploma in accounting or a related field
  • Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word

Work Environment:

As an Accounting Clerk at All Nations Supermarket Inc. O/A All Nations Supermarket, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
