Seeking a Registered Psychiatric Nurse/Registered Nurse to promote high-quality care through assessing, planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating patient needs in a Mental Health Rehabilitation Nursing Unit.

Position: Registered Psychiatric Nurse/Registered Nurse

• Assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate patient care needs
• Provide high-quality care through effective decision-making, interpersonal, counseling, computer, mediation, organizational, communication, assessment, facilitation, and other skills
• Develop and maintain effective work relationships with clients of diverse backgrounds
• Stay up-to-date with knowledge of commonly used psychotropic medications and the Provincial Mental Health Services Act and Regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent
• Nursing diploma or Psychiatric Nursing diploma or Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing
• Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) and the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of SK
