Salary range for Forklift Driver : $ 21 / hour Schedule : Must be available to work NIGHT shifts (5pm - 5am) on a 2 week rotation; there is potential to move to days Profit sharing plan Telemedecine, Group insurance and pension plan with company contributions Employee assistance program (because we care about the physical and mental health of our people) Annual flexible reimbursement program Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Piscataway, as the Forklift Driver : Safety operates a forklift to move materials to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks. Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand or using lifting devices, such as forklifts. Perform routine pre-and post- inspections on forklift equipment to ensure operational safety. Maintain accurate inventory records through proper documentation and labeling of materials. Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Communicate effectively with warehouse and production staff to ensure efficient material handling and movement. Report any mechanical or operational problems with the forklift to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Previous experience with SAP and RF scanners is preferred. Proven experience as a forklift operator in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for operating a forklift. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
