As a Grocery Associate at Walmart Canada, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Zone the department to ensure a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
  • Rotate stock and check for expired products to maintain high-quality merchandise.
  • Ensure merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  • Adhere to food safety and handling procedures, as well as sanitation and cleaning procedures, to maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  • Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Ensure the department is fully stocked with merchandise and is ready for business to meet customer demands.
  • Follow Health and Safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Stock merchandise, pick, downstock if applicable, and apply product protection when required to maintain a well-stocked and secure store environment.
