Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our unit. As a Unit Support Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including reception, clerical, and cleaning duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the unit, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform reception duties, including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining the unit, including restocking supplies and disposing of waste.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, patients, and families to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Medical Administrative Assistant diploma
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Intermediate keyboarding and computer skills
