Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualized support to students with special needs
  • Assisting with daily routines and activities
  • Implementing behavior management strategies and de-escalation techniques
  • Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans

Requirements:

  • Valid First Aid/CPR Certification
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Experience working with students with special needs (an asset)
