Key Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, rotating stock, and adhering to food safety and handling procedures.
* Assist with receiving and processing merchandise, including ordering, clearance, and markups/markdowns.
* Follow proper procedures for signing, flagging, pricing, and labeling merchandise.
* Ensure that the department is fully stocked with merchandise and is ready for business.

Minimum Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous retail or customer service experience.
* Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
