**Job Summary:**
**Ta'an Kwäch'än Council (TKC) is seeking a Strategic Planning Specialist to develop a comprehensive Five-Year Strategic Plan.**
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing strategic plans and a deep understanding of TKC's governance structure and policies surrounding economic development.
- **Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop a comprehensive Five-Year Strategic Plan that aligns priorities, financial planning, human resources, and governance.
- Work with multiple stakeholders within TKC government and the community to ensure a collaborative approach.
- Provide strategic planning expertise to support the implementation of the plan in the 2025/26 fiscal year.
**Requirements:**
- Proven track record in developing strategic plans.
- Comprehensive knowledge of TKC's governance structure and policies surrounding economic development.
- Multi-disciplinary capabilities and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
