As an Implementation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing analytical and technical support to clients, plan members, and the Administration team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives
* Assist with configuring ARIEL basic plan parameters and test calculation results
* Implement and configure software solutions according to client needs
* Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure successful implementation
* Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and functionalities
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
* Document processes, configurations, and system changes for future reference
* Continuously improve implementation processes and procedures

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
* Experience in software implementation, configuration, testing, and support
* Experience in using Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Nice to Have:**

* Familiarity with Ariel or other business software systems
* Experience working with Excel and Access VBA
* Bilingualism would be considered an asset
