At Canucks Sports & Entertainment, we're passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for our fans and guests. As a Suite Cashier, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring seamless event operations.

Job Summary

The Suite Cashier is responsible for processing, balancing, and reporting of cash receipts during events. This is an hourly, part-time, events-based position that requires flexibility and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Billing for all event orders and entering same day event orders
  • Charging invoices to the correct account or credit card
  • Receiving and balancing event location cash deposits
  • Balancing cash out at the end of the night
  • Distributing gratuities at the end of the event
  • Making changes on the POS system as necessary
Requirements:
  • Ability to work flexible, event-based hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Prior cash handling and counting experience
  • Ability to calculate basic math functions as they relate to cash handling and reconciliation
  • Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working independently with minimum supervision
  • Experience with Micros or other POS systems would be an asset
