Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the quality and visual appearance of Bakery Department merchandise, including bread, cakes, pies, cookies, and rolls.
  • Maintain a fully stocked department and ensure merchandise is properly signed and priced.
  • Adhere to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, food handling, and product rotation.
  • Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, and pricing.
  • Prepare bakery merchandise by accurately following thawing and baking guidelines.
  • Ensure all displays are secured in a safe and proper manner.
