Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Spa Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting the benefits of massage therapy and skin care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
  • Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival, making them feel valued and appreciated
  • Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades, utilizing your excellent communication and sales skills
  • Follow proper office procedures and maintain accurate file maintenance, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers
  • Promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care, educating our customers on the benefits of our services
  • Maintain a professional and clean work environment, adhering to our high standards of quality and safety
  • Display a positive and energetic attitude, embodying the Hand & Stone spirit
  • Work collaboratively as a team player, supporting your colleagues to achieve our goals
  • Possess basic computer skills and knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Perform various other duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability
