We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at William Osler Health System. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing quality, client-centered care to patients with hand and upper extremity injuries or conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including education and consultation in the OP Rehab Department, OT Hands Clinic, Plastic Clinics/Fracture Clinic, and WSIB Specialty Clinics.
- Participate in program meetings, committees, and quality initiatives to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Supervise students and contribute to the development of evidence-based clinical practice guidelines.
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Occupational Therapy, or equivalent.
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- Membership in CAOT or OSOT preferred.
- Experience with splinting, post-surgical hands, and WSIB clients required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
