**Job Title:** Personal Support Worker

**Job Summary:**

As a Personal Support Worker at Sienna Senior Living, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. You will work closely with our healthcare team to deliver personalized care plans, ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care and attention.

**Responsibilities:**

• Provide resident-focused care in accordance with our organization's policies, physician's orders, and resident care plans.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Promote resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities.

• Observe and report resident conditions, following care plans as directed by our Registered Nurses and/or Registered Practical Nurses.

• Participate in quality, risk, records, and infection control measures.

• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude when interacting with residents, families, visitors, and staff.

**Qualifications:**

• Completion of a Personal Support Worker certificate from an approved college or private institution.

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification (BCLS).

• Knowledge of procedures and techniques involved in administering simple treatment and related bedside care.

• Demonstrated experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.

• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
