What makes you a great fit for this role?
You are a data specialist prepared to collaborate closely with an experienced Membership department to assist in daily engagement functions and operations throughout the Advocacy, Engagement and Governance unit. You are detail-orientated and proficient in MS Suite applications, as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. You excel at navigating change and consider yourself to be a strong relationship builder. You bring three or more years of experience and are eager to make a meaningful difference.

You Have:
- Experience using the Microsoft suite of products, including Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Knowledge of data integrity and security best practices
- Demonstrated experience in managing and utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Direct involvement in data entry and database management tasks
- Proven collaboration with IT technical teams
