1.0 FTE Temporary EFI Kindergarten Teacher - Qayqayt Elementary

(position effective April 2, 2024)

0.40 FTE Temporary EFI Grade 2/3 Teacher - Lord Tweedsmuir Elementary

(position available immediately)

1.0 FTE Temporary French Immersion Priority Teacher on Call

(position available immediately)

Qualifications:

Valid BC Teachers Certificate

Member of the Ministry of Education Teacher Regulation Branch

Qualified/experienced in French Immersion

Native-like fluency in written and spoken French language

Experience teaching French Immersion and/or formal training in French Immersion methodology

Knowledge of effective literacy and numeracy practices and development

Knowledge and experience in personalizing learning for all students

Ability and willingness to work in a technologically rich learning environment

Successful completion of a Criminal Record Search as carried out through the Ministry of Education Teacher Regulation Branch

Commitment to creating a safe and caring learning environment

Compensation:

Salary as per Teachers' Collective Agreement. Current salary range is $57,984.00 to $107,490.00 annually plus comprehensive benefits package.
