Job Summary
  • Specialist Identity and Access Management (IAM) acts as subject matter expert, provide guidelines on integration of new solutions.
  • Review existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, coordinate initiatives and projects.
Main Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise in IAM domain.
  • Organize committee meetings, ensure IAM policies are followed, produce measures/metrics.
  • Review operational processes for improvement, standardize IAM processes, develop strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Lead complex IAM projects, transition projects to core operations.
  • Handle core, project, and change requests, execute Identity lifecycle, work on system integration.
  • Control, monitor, and audit privileged access.
Working Conditions

This role will require off-hour support on a rotational basis.

Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of work experience, 5 years in IAM.
  • Experience in railway industry.
  • Work with Central IAM tools like IBM Security ISIM, Sailpoint, or Saviynt.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, ITIL Management framework.
General Skills and Competencies
  • Ability to organize, project management, innovative problem-solving.
  • Demonstrate analytical mindset, strong communication in French and English.
Technical Skills/Knowledge

In-depth knowledge of privileged access management, identity management, SSO solutions, Active Directory, Azure, Google Cloud, Conditional Access.

Able to script in Python, PowerShell, experience with Terraform and ServiceNow, knowledge of PKI Management, Windows/Unix environments.

Detail-oriented self-starter, team player, prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments.

Organizational Impact

Specialist IAM is a key player within I&T, makes recommendations for decision making impacting technology quality and service delivery.

Interfaces directly with key stakeholders in Change Management, Release Management, Operations Teams, Information Security, and more.
