Fit4Less Host: Provide exceptional customer service, maintain cleanliness, and promote memberships in a fast-paced fitness environment.
The Host is responsible for delivering a friendly, clean, and automated brand experience to members, associates, and prospective members.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and tidying to Fit4Less' cleanliness standards and expectations.
- Providing friendly customer interaction on the workout floor.
- Contributing to the "everybody cleans" mindset.
- Completing daily, weekly, and monthly cleanliness tasks and training.
- Informing and reporting deficiencies to engage appropriate actions.
Additionally, the Host will:
- Provide friendly customer service that follows Fit4Less guidelines and procedures.
- Welcome members warmly and help with memberships, amenities, and processes.
- Promote black card amenities and memberships.
- Contribute to a courteous and friendly workplace environment.
- Complete tasks and responsibilities by set timelines.
- Inform and work with the manager for progress and escalation support.
The ideal candidate will have:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of teamwork and/or volunteer experience.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- WHMIS and First Aid, CPR-A & AED Certification.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and handle stress.
- Dedication to meeting expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
