As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their devices are working correctly, and delivering top-notch support at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding service to clients, ensuring their devices are working correctly and delivering top-notch support at all times.
  • Use electro-mechanical skills to repair devices, with training provided by certified instructors and online resources.
  • Achieve key productivity goals, including:
    • 5 gross calls per day
    • Efficiency rating of 50% or higher
    • Response time commitments between 2-4 hours
    • Keeping parts costs to a minimum
Requirements:
  • Electro-mechanical experience, including the ability to read and comprehend electrical schematics and troubleshoot electrical circuits.
  • Superior time management skills and reliability, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and appropriate insurance coverage.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, walk, stand, squat, bend, and drive for over 50% of the workday.
What Success Looks Like in the First 60 Days:
  • Navigate through our new hire training and complete technical training courses.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our company and customer service culture.
  • Gain a clear understanding of call load, territory alignment, and client satisfaction expectations.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge base of the equipment and inventory needs to support your territory.
  • Actively and correctly complete service calls independently.
