If you're an enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist who is eager to make a difference while achieving personal and professional growth, CBI Health has an exceptional opportunity for you to meet these goals. The Speech Language Pathologist works in the retirement home setting, with flexibility to home care as part of the Home Health Services team serving communities such as Burlington, Halton, Hamilton & Mississauga. Caseloads are flexible to full-time and part-time. Provisional supervision is available for new graduates. This role includes a Sign On Bonus

What you need to be successful

You are registered as a member in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario
Your focus is to embrace person and family-centered care
You are passionate, empathetic, use good judgement and apply critical thinking when making client decisions
You are known for your excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration within an interdisciplinary team as well as work independently
You value the role a therapist plays in keeping clients at home when that is of personal importance
You have the ability to travel within community as part of the CBI Health Home Health Services team
