Your Role

As a Process Automation Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing existing Customs business processes to plan, design, and develop automation solutions for internal and external business partners.

  • Conduct Customs business process reviews
  • Define and document individual Customs business process tasks
  • Analyze and identify candidates for automation
  • Design and develop automation scripts
  • Document and test the automation process
  • Coordinate implementation and deployment activities
  • Support internal/external business system integrations
  • Organize and align all internal/external stakeholders, clearly defining expectations and establishing a protocol for regular updates
  • Establish and maintain metrics for productivity/performance improvement

Strong technical skills and experience in EDI, UI Path/RPA, technical specification and mapping, and project management are required.

Your Skills and Experiences
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar field
  • 2+ years EDI experience
  • 2+ years UI Path/other RPA application experience
  • 2+ years Technical specification and mapping experience
  • 2+ years Project management experience
  • Strong technical skillset - standard query capability (SQL/Python), Microsoft Suite, JIRA
