We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Education Facilitator to join our team at Pan Am Clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and direction to participants in the undergraduate Nursing Program to ensure quality patient care and outcomes based on best practice.
Key Responsibilities- Assume a leadership role in the organization, supervision, and evaluation of students' clinical performance.
- Provide guidance and direction to participants in the undergraduate Nursing Program.
- Ensure quality patient care and outcomes based on best practice.
- A minimum of three (3) years of current clinical experience on the ward is required.
- Recent teaching experience is preferred.
- Graduate from an approved School of Nursing is required.
- Bachelor of Nursing degree is preferred.
- Certificate in Adult Education is an asset.
- Moderate to heavy physical effort is required.
