Customer Service Associate

Join our team as a Customer Service Associate and provide exceptional service to our customers. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for maintaining a stocked and zoned sales floor, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and ensuring a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner, assist with product location, and resolve customer issues.
  • Review and Manage Workload: Review workload for assigned areas of the store and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs.
  • Merchandise and Stocking: Work merchandise, cap bins, and stock picks to support the Customer Availability Process.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Complete price changes, sign merchandise, and finalize modulars and merchandising areas.
  • Section Work and Recovery: Complete section work, modular integrity, and recovery merchandise from the customer service desk.
  • Teamwork and Safety: Assist other teams as needed, contribute to a safe and clean work environment, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
