Job Summary: As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide direct care to residents, enhance their physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being, and work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities.
  • Offer emotional and social support to residents and their families, including palliative care.
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to meet the needs of residents.
  • Support your team members to ensure exceptional care and service.

Qualifications:

  • PSW Program Certificate or Diploma from a recognized institution.
  • Passion for providing quality care and a commitment to resident-centered care.
  • Knowledge and experience in care planning systems and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
