About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team in a key role focused on Data Governance. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of our data governance framework, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of our data assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Data Governance Framework: Define and communicate data governance policies, standards, processes, and guidelines related to data quality, retention, classification, compliance, accessibility, and accountability.
  • Ensure Data Governance Mechanisms and Processes: Participate in the design, implementation, and measurement of data governance mechanisms, such as the business glossary, metadata management, data catalog, data request process, and data classification tool.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert: Support and advise projects and business stakeholders on data governance subjects, including data governance principles, and share technical expertise on processes, technologies, and evolving standards and best practices.
  • Participate in Strategy and Roadmap Definition: Help the team estimate and plan efforts required to complete large and complex projects, and work closely with the Product Owner and team members to write user stories and define acceptance criteria.
  • Use Communication and Adaptation Skills: Master communication techniques and adapt the level of language and content to the type of stakeholder, and facilitate meetings and make presentations effectively.
