Position Summary -
  • Registered Ultrasound Technologist role coordinating & performing ultrasound examinations
  • Responsible for technical operation, quality of service, and liaising with senior technologists
  • Adherence to Standards of Practice by Sonography Canada
  • Continuing medical education opportunities with ongoing rounds for professional growth
  • Training in Pediatric MSK ultrasound exams, amniocentesis, and obstetrical guidance procedures
Qualifications -
  • Graduate of accredited Ultrasonography program
  • Member of College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario
  • Professional designation of Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support registration
  • Effective communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking, ability to prioritize
  • Membership with preferred organizations
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination required
