Job Duties:


Support Immigration Consultant; Draft forms and online visa applications; manage cloud based database and update clients files; Draft support letters, and submissions to IRCC; Correspond with clients and third parties; Booking and arranging couriers; Creating and updating case records in our case management systems; General office administrative duties; Responsibilities: Coordinate with the client to request information and documents, fill out different kinds of immigration-related forms, and prepare supporting documents based on IRCC standards.


  • Prepare and review submission packages for immigration applications and send them out to various government agencies
  • Responsible for handle inquiries by email or telephone to ensure applications are completed and issues anticipated and dealt with ahead of time.
  • Keep track of the status of submitted applications for updates and decisions to inform clients on time
  • Conduct extensive knowledge of different immigration programs such as Temporary visas, Economic class categories and business/entrepreneur categories;
  • Demonstrate initiative, be willing to learn, and possess excellent attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-year experience working in immigration or law related industry;
  • Working knowledge of Canadian immigration law, policies, and regulation;
  • Knowledge on TFWP, FSW, FST, CEC, ICT, Owner operator, LMIA process.
