Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Assist with medication administration, including BP monitoring, catheter care, and mobility exercises.
  • Monitor resident well-being and perform related duties to support common area cleaning and laundry.
  • Complete resident care tasks as outlined in personal service plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to resident call bells and door alarms.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a Care Aid certificate program.
  • Medication Certification.
  • Current First Aid/CPR training and experience with medication assistance.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Pass a prescribed Criminal Records Check (applicable to British Columbia applicants).
