Floral Clerk Job Description: Assist customers with floral orders, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and adhere to food safety protocols in a fast-paced retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and foster customer loyalty
  • Process customer floral orders and handle and prepare floral products
  • Keep work area clean and presentable, and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Adhere to all food safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and corporate policies
  • Participate in the training of junior staff and order and receive stock in accordance with company inventory control procedures
  • Maintain accurate cash drawer and process department shrink
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to gift wrap and create floral products
  • Knowledge of care and handling of floral products
