About the Role

We're currently hiring for a variety of roles with flexible schedules, including Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities. As a Team Member, you'll provide support in customer service, stocking, and sanitation in assigned departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs in a timely and effective manner
  • Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned, including preparing, storing, rotating, and stocking of product
  • Monitor product quality and freshness and ensure proper product rotation
  • Assist with periodic inventory checks and maintain a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership
Requirements
  • No prior retail experience required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
