We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients with a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
- Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems, and open a limited range of products and/or services for customers.
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of our products and services, including our banking capabilities and financial solutions.
- Assist clients with product inquiries and provide recommendations on suitable products and services.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the achievement of business goals.
- Participate in process improvement opportunities and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our customer experience.
Requirements:
- Education:
- High School diploma and/or equivalent.
- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in a related field) preferred.
- Experience:
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
