We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate picking and packing of online grocery delivery orders, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and attention to detail.
- Pack orders with precision, ensuring accurate quantities and product codes.
- Verify the quality of products picked, ensuring no damaged items and selecting the freshest products.
- Document and label orders correctly, interpreting and understanding documentation such as pick slips and shipping labels.
- Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner, while maintaining product quality standards.
- Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, offering service and resolving issues.
- Adhere to strict safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area and operating material handling equipment safely.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.
To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years old and have successfully completed required training to handle alcohol products.
