About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Circle K. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and parking lot.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail sales, food service, or hospitality.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management effectively.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
