Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with attention to detail and quality in mind to achieve timely delivery to customers.
  • Pack orders accurately, distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantities, and correct product codes.
  • Ensure products picked are of the highest quality, with no damaged products and freshest product selection.
  • Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
  • Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
  • Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, offering exceptional service and supporting issues to resolution.
  • Adhere to strict safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area, and ensuring all totes are clean and void of debris before packing.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work assignments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a grocery or retail environment.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and material handling equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
