NAIT seeks a Finance Partner to provide accounting, budgeting, and financial leadership for various areas, working with senior management and staff to develop business plans and financial forecasts.
The Finance Partner will provide professional expertise to ensure NAIT has appropriate business processes, accounting, and internal controls in place. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing financial leadership and expertise to senior management and staff
- Participating in investigations and business process improvements
- Upgrading and installing computerized systems
- Building and maintaining management information systems
- Understanding critical success factors and attending area leadership meetings
The ideal candidate will have:
- Professional Accounting Designation (CPA)
- Minimum 2 years related accounting experience
- Excellent knowledge of full accounting cycle, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Experience working in a PeopleSoft enterprise system environment
