IWC Client Advisor

The IWC Client Advisor is a key ambassador for the brand, responsible for delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong ability to build relationships, identify sales opportunities, and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Host clients and stakeholders, providing personalized customer experiences
  • Sell watches, accessories, and services, exceeding turnover targets
  • Identify and create sales opportunities, activating networks to recruit prospects and clients
  • Find innovative ways to exceed client expectations
  • Establish strong relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Support relationships through CRM, developing and maintaining client databases
  • Handle customer service requests and processes
  • Stay knowledgeable about IWC's history, products, and partnerships
  • Deliver exceptional client service, making a clear difference vs. competition
  • Act as a brand ambassador in and out of the boutique
  • Organize and execute operational tasks with care
  • Maintain the boutique according to global IWC visual merchandising standards
  • Collaborate with the boutique team to support overall organization
  • Take on a championship role to participate in boutique administration and elevate KPIs
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or hospitality
  • Applicants with a background in sales or hospitality preferred
Technical Skills/Abilities:
  • Fluent in English
  • Comfortable with video chat software
Personal Skills:
  • Strong team player mindset
  • Excellent communicator with ability to develop strong networks
