**Job Title:** Class 05 Driver: Courier Driver

**Location:** Halifax Metro Area

**Shift/Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am start time

**Pay Rate:** $19.00/hr

**Job Summary:**

Advantage Personnel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Class 05 Driver: Courier Driver. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an array of items to customers in the Halifax metro area.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Delivering packages and items to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Following established routes and time schedules to ensure on-time delivery
• Loading and unloading packages, preparing them for delivery, and inspecting them for damage
• Operating a delivery vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
• Lifting loads of up to 60 pounds
• Using a delivery application to assist with route planning and delivery

**Requirements:**

• Valid Driver's Abstract (within the last 30 days)
• Criminal Record Search
• Strong knowledge of electronics and technology
• Strong knowledge of the Halifax metro area and surrounding regions
• Ability to work as part of a team
