Senior Project Manager sought for complex nuclear construction projects in Bruce County, Ontario. Lead a team to deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget, while fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The Senior Project Manager demonstrates exemplary leadership, awareness, and involvement in all phases and aspects of complex nuclear construction projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team to deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget
- Representing E.S. Fox Limited as a primary point of contact with the owner's representatives
- Ensuring the project is executed in a safe and environmentally sound manner
- Developing overall project schedules and reviewing progress
- Maintaining risk and opportunity logs and preparing mitigation and recovery plans
- Reviewing weekly actual spends and schedule progress against plan
- Embracing innovation and challenging assumptions and the status quo
- Contributes to/inspires the esprit de corps
Key requirements and experience include:
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in complex Nuclear Construction Projects
- Extensive previous experience in foundational competencies of a Project Manager
- Demonstrated commitment to fair and ethical conduct
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and the achievement of them through planning, adherence to procedures, and active oversight
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and challenging the status quo
- Demonstrated ability to be engaged in immediate term, medium term and longer-term issues concurrently
- Demonstrated conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on commitments
Education requirements include:
- CCA Gold Seal Program
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- Community College Technologist/Technician Diploma
- Professional Certification in Project Management
