Makeup Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Makeup Artist to join our team at MAC Cosmetics. As a key member of our in-store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized experience for our clients. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and that our store meets the highest standards of visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a personalized experience for our clients
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service
- Contribute to the creation of a visually appealing store environment through effective visual merchandising
- Participate in in-store events and promotions to drive sales and engagement
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to provide expert advice to our customers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for makeup and a keen eye for detail. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to communicate effectively with our customers and colleagues. Additionally, you will need to have a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and be able to apply them in a retail environment.
Qualifications:
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country

We offer a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $16.30 to $27.95, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and budget. We also maintain highly competitive incentive compensation programs, with eligibility varying based on the respective plan(s).
