Vous êtes un machiniste avec de l'experience sur des machines outils conventionnelles passionné et doté d'excellentes capacités en usinage ?

Leader de pièces de rechange pour l'entretien, la réparation et l'exploitation industrielle (MRO), et la plus grande société de roulements et de transmission de puissance en Amérique du Nord, recrute actuellement un machiniste conventionnel pour son atelier de service à Montréal. Travaillant dans l'atelier de réparation et de fabrication, le machiniste sera principalement impliqué dans la réparation et la maintenance de vannes, de pompes, de vérins et de boîtes de vitesses.

Responsibilities
Vos responsabilités en tant que machiniste :

Usinage général de composants mécaniques, y compris le perçage, le brochage et la coupe de rainures de clavette
Usinage de matériaux trempés
Filetage
Capacité à mesurer (et usiner) selon des composants d'échantillon
Maintenir des tolérances serrées selon les exigences
Lire et interpréter des dessins et des plans d'ingénierie détaillés
Vérifier toutes les mesures à l'aide d'instruments standard

Qualifications
Qualifications du machiniste :

Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie
Expérience requise dans l'utilisation de tours manuels, de fraiseuses, de fraiseuses horizontales à aléser
Compétences avancées en usinage manuel
Connaissance des pratiques de sécurité
Capacité à suivre les instructions et à travailler sans supervision étroite
Disposé à faire des heures supplémentaires selon les besoins
Fiable et organisé
Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans et des schémas
Esprit d'équipe avec de solides compétences en dépannage
Capacité à évaluer et estimer les temps de travail pour les reconstructions
Forte aptitude mécanique
