Position Summary

A Dairy/Frozen Stocker is responsible for maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment, ensuring excellent customer service, and adhering to company standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Zoning the department to ensure efficient stock placement and customer navigation.
  • Rotating stock and checking for expired products to maintain freshness and quality.
  • Ensuring merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  • Adhering to cold chain compliance, food safety, and handling procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Maintaining features and displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Keeping the area clean and free of debris, fixtures, and foreign objects.
Minimum Qualifications

The following qualifications are required for this position:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are preferred for this position:

  • Previous experience in a retail or stockroom environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
