Seeking self-motivated sales professionals to join our team as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate outbound leads and support sales efforts.
As an SDR, you will work closely with our Account Executives (AEs) to develop a pool of sales leads through phone and email outreach, CRM management, and other related tasks. You will also assist with product inquiries, industry research, and lead requests. Throughout the lead qualification process, you will learn to identify the specific needs of prospects and how our products meet those needs.
- Generate outbound leads using input from AEs, marketing campaigns, targeted lists of prospects, and existing CRM accounts
- Manage outbound leads generated using the in-house CRM
- Ensure a smooth hand-off of leads to the AE team
- Book online demonstrations with prospects when appropriate
- Participate in marketing programs and events
- Participate in sales strategy sessions
We are looking for individuals with prior work experience in high-velocity inside sales, who are comfortable working with minimal supervision and are self-starters. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and have exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Prior work experience in high-velocity inside sales is a must
